v0.4 made Basilisk conversational; v0.5 makes it feel like a terminal. Every token now has a face, charts grew from four timeframes to eight with ADA denomination and pool switching, and the whole app works one-handed on a phone.

Since v0.2 you could point Claude at our hosted MCP server and get a conversational Cardano analyst. v0.4 removes the last step: Ask Basilisk puts that same analyst inside the app — no MCP client, no API key, no account. Plus a round of navigation polish so the landing page, app, and docs all point at each other properly.

TapTools shut down in June and left Cardano without a market data API. v0.2 is Basilisk stepping into that gap: a live screener and token pages backed by real DEX data, wallet lookup with $handle support, a free public REST API, and — to our knowledge — the first hosted MCP server for Cardano market data.

v0.2 shipped with two honest gaps: no Minswap, no charts. v0.3 closes both — OHLCV candles on every token page that has a chartable pool, Minswap liquidity and volume merged into the screener — and adds a community layer where boosting a token costs a wallet signature, not 300 ADA.
